What it does
Add by photo or PDF
Take a photo or upload a PDF. AI reads the type, number and dates in both calendars, and suggests which employee or vehicle it belongs to. You check everything before it is saved.
Employees and vehicles
Each employee’s iqama, passport, work permit and health certificate, and each vehicle’s registration, insurance and periodic inspection, next to the business’s own documents.
Reminders on time
An email 60, 30 and 7 days before expiry, the day before and on the day, to your whole team, naming the employee or the vehicle’s plate.
Every renewal tracked
A board of what needs renewing and what is being renewed: who is handling it, how far it has got and what it cost, with a link to the right government portal. Uploading the new copy completes it.

What it is not
Renew reminds you and organises renewals, but it does not renew documents for you or submit anything to government portals: it points you to the right portal and you renew there. The AI reading is a helper: you confirm every date before it is saved, and the original document is always the reference.
